“More than 500 guests stepped out in style for the annual black-tie Ballet Ball, which took its cue from the company’s recent production of The Rite of Spring.
The Events Company transformed the Wortham Center foyer into a stunning vision of springtime, featuring tree-recalling centerpieces covered in green, yellow and pink lights and surrounded by flowers.
After a lively cocktail hour, during which guests clamored to catch a glimpse of fashion designer Carolina Herrera, who joined the party to toast close friend and gala honoree Lynn Wyatt, everyone sat for dinner. “
Among the fabulous guests was dear friend and client, Cathy Borlenghi, and her charming husband, Giorgio. Cathy wore a long pale yellow bias cut silk gown with appliqued French lace, by MAGID BERNARD. Cathy is an exquisitely lovely woman who looks beautiful in everything she wears, and this night was no exception. She looks like the first tall, graceful daffodil of Spring! ~ Michele
